My Pangean Metal Exchange Aluminum Bullion Bar

In addition to my aluminum bullion bars from Jetco Minting just featured in the parent article to this one, I recently purchased an amazing one pound aluminum bullion bar from a neat mint called Pangean Metal Exchange. I actually did not purchase the bar directly from Pangean Metal Exchange but bought it from one of my favorite stores online, The Copper Cave. While The Copper Cave typically focuses just on copper bullion bars, they also feature other metals as well including some silver, nickel, and aluminum bullion bars. In today's article I will show a few images of my one pound aluminum ingot from Pangean Metal Exchange. Overall, I am super happy with this purchase and recommend this aluminum bar highly.

A Futuristic Looking Aluminum Bullion Bar

As you can see in the pictures below, this aluminum ingot is quite futuristic looking. It has really sharp edges and the engraving is quite futuristic. On the obverse, it says "Pangean Metal Exchange" and "1 Pound Pure Aluminum". It also shows the Pangean Metal Exchange logo. The reverse of the bar has the Pangean Metal Exchange logo repeated three times. Also of interest, my aluminum bullion bar came in a nice sealed plastic bag as you can see in the pictures. The bag fits the bar nice and tight and is a great feature, keeping it from getting marks from handling. While my overall metals philosophy focuses on gold and silver bullion, I have really enjoyed picking up a variety base metal bars to round out my portfolio. While aluminum bullion is the newest addition to my base metal collection, I'm happy with my bars so far and expect to buy more. (As I do so I will be certain to upload the pictures to Gold Why!)
