On the left is a large picture of my brand new tin bullion bar. It's one troy pound of
99.9% pure tin bullion, a very clean and professional bar stamped with the PBT logo in the center.
As you may know from my many articles on metal bullion
(copper bullion,
brass bullion,
bronze bullion,
stainless steel bullion,
aluminum bullion
and nickel bullion), I'm a huge fan of
exotic metal bullion bars. Consequently, when I first saw this tin bullion bar, I just had to have
it!
PBT Pro-Built Tool Tin (and Silver) Bullion Bars
As you can see in the image to the left, this bar is made by PBT (short for Pro-Built Tool).
I actually found this neat bar when browsing one of my favorite online stores,
The Copper Cave.
I also recently found out that PBT has their own website.
In addition to this really neat tin bullion bar, PBT also sells silver bullion bars. Overall, based
on my experience ordering this great tin bullion ingot from The Copper Cave, I'm definitely interested
in owning more PBT bullion bars (especially their silver ones).
Metal Bullion Bars Make Great Gifts
I'm a huge fan of giving
gold as a gift. However,
gold is now too expensive. My local coin store is selling
1/10 Oz Gold Eagles for $130 these
days! Silver bullion is often a similar story. You can get a
Silver Eagle for $15, but then you're
only giving a few coins as your gift. Give the gift of metal bullion and you're giving away a
substantial amount of bullion. Tin bullion makes a great metal bullion gift because it shines
just like silver bullion, but at a fraction of the cost. Moreover, it makes an amazing conversation
piece - metal bullion is becoming more and more popular amongst gold and silver bugs.
Keeping Your Tin Bar in Perfect Condition
As you can see in the images in this article, my tin bullion bar is safely sealed inside a plastic
sleeve. The Copper Cave has been sending over all of my orders like this, including my recent
Johnson Matthey Silver Bar.
I know my bar will stay in great shape and am a
repeat customer for many reasons with this being one of them! Come across any metal bullion bars
that are missing from my site? Please send me an email. It's my personal goal to represent
all possible metal bullion bars on this site.
As an exciting update, I just purchased a variety of metal bullion ingots from Joliet Mint.
Joliet is an awesome mint that specializes in all sorts of metal bullion including tin and zinc bullion
ingots. You will want to make sure to check out pictures of my new Joliet Mint Tin Bar.
