Last night, I wrote an article in support of Ron Paul and his stance on the gold standard. I am an upset writer and webmaster because my article got unfairly buried on Digg.
46 Diggs and Then Buried
My article got 46 Diggs, a respectable number. I don't have many friends on Digg and these 46 people are mostly people I am not friends with on Digg. If 46 people are willing to Digg my article, it obviously has some value. How can it get 46 Diggs and then get buried? It's obvious: There is a group of people on Digg who do not like Ron Paul and are purposefully burying perfectly good articles about Ron Paul.
Conspiracy Against Ron Paul
I believe there is a group on Digg who are monitoring popular articles to make sure Ron Paul support articles do not hit the front page. This really is a shame. Even though I disagree with all of the political candidates except Ron Paul, I do not go and bury their articles. Here's a way to verify my theory: Search for "Ron Paul Gold" on Digg. You will get a few articles that don't have a huge number of Diggs. Then, search for the same thing but include buried articles. You will be amazed to see the number of perfectly good articles that have high Digg count but nonetheless got buried.
AdSense Conspiracy Against Ron Paul
While unrelated to Digg, there is something else I want to point out to Ron Paul supporters and bloggers writing articles in favor of Ron Paul. Keep a close eye on AdSense. I have purposefully removed AdSense from all articles I write about Ron Paul because I noticed that the Hillary campaign team is buying ads for Hillary via keywords related to Ron Paul. The last thing I want is a Hillary ad to show up on my Ron Paul article, how embarrassing.
Ron Paul Supporters, Fight Back!
While this article is off the normal topic of my website, gold, I'm taking the time to write about these issues because Ron Paul supporters need to be aware. Let's stick together and spread the word. There are many people out there who do not know what Ron Paul stands for. If they only knew, we would be one step closer to having Ron Paul our next president. Thanks for reading and Vote For Ron Paul.
